Customer orders for physical products such as printed books are usually processed within 2 business days.
The cost of shipping to your address will vary depending on whether you are located in New Zealand or overseas, and the value of your order.
(For print books we have published, due to the high cost of airmail postage from this country, we recommend that customers outside New Zealand buy print-on-demand copies from your nearest Amazon online store, or choose an eBook option.)
